Third-Party
Standards We are registered to ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 13485:2003 by the British Standards Institute (Registration Number FM 36399 and Registration Number FM 50560) and work to many agency approval levels including UL, CSA, VDE, FDA GMPs and the European CE Mark. |
| Internal
Systems In the EMS environment, the best way to ensure quality is to ensure that every employee is concerned about quality. We have an extensive internal training program and a very participative management culture. Our production personnel are assigned to empowered work teams who embrace the Lean Enterprise approach. From this perspective, they are focused not only on ensuring quality, but also on ensuring productivity. |

Building
Legends We use the term legendary to describe our culture of internally telling stories to illustrate key corporate values. To better reinforce our core values of legendary integrity, responsiveness and flexibility, we recognize employee accomplishments in this area with a Legend Award. Award winners and a description of the behavior which drove their recognition are posted prominently in the Production Area. These “legends” serve as examples to all employees of the high level of service commitment we believe represents our key competitive advantage. |
| Results The most visible result of this focus on quality and service is a consistent track record of double-digit growth, even in years that have been challenging to the EMS industry as a whole. We also have high customer longevity records and have received numerous awards from our customers. We are four-time winners of the Service Excellence Awards sponsored by Circuits Assembly Magazine, winning in the mid-sized contract electronics manufacturer category for "Dependability" in 1996 and "On-Time Delivery" in 2000. In 2006 we won two more awards, one for "Value for the Price" and the other for "Responsiveness". |
