WHAT YOU’LL DO
Work alongside Manufacturing Engineers supporting production of electronic assemblies and continuous improvement initiatives.
YOU’LL GAIN EXPERINEC IN:
- Electronics manufacturing processes and production workflows
- Production troubleshooting and root cause analysis methods
- Manufacturing equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting concepts
- Tooling and fixture design fundamentals
- Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- DFM (Design for Manufacturability) reviews and product launch support
- Manufacturing defect analysis and corrective action processes
- Engineering documentation, process validation, and data analysis
- Production floor communication and cross-functional problem solving
EXAMPLE PROJECT WORK
- Investigating process or quality issues impacting production output
- Supporting manufacturing equipment setup, troubleshooting, and process validation activities
- Assisting with tooling or fixture design to improve safety, quality, or efficiency
- Reviewing defect trends and identifying improvement opportunities
- Supporting production floor engineering troubleshooting and technical support
- Assisting with documentation updates, process changes, and engineering trials
- Supporting continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives
- Assisting with data collection and analysis to support engineering decisions
