WHAT YOU’LL DO

Work alongside Manufacturing Engineers supporting production of electronic assemblies and continuous improvement initiatives.

YOU’LL GAIN EXPERINEC IN:

• Electronics manufacturing processes and production workflows
• Production troubleshooting and root cause analysis methods
• Manufacturing equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting concepts
• Tooling and fixture design fundamentals
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• DFM (Design for Manufacturability) reviews and product launch support
• Manufacturing defect analysis and corrective action processes
• Engineering documentation, process validation, and data analysis
• Production floor communication and cross-functional problem solving

EXAMPLE PROJECT WORK

• Investigating process or quality issues impacting production output
• Supporting manufacturing equipment setup, troubleshooting, and process validation activities
• Assisting with tooling or fixture design to improve safety, quality, or efficiency
• Reviewing defect trends and identifying improvement opportunities
• Supporting production floor engineering troubleshooting and technical support
• Assisting with documentation updates, process changes, and engineering trials
• Supporting continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives
• Assisting with data collection and analysis to support engineering decisions
