WHAT YOU’LL DO

Work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Test, and Customer Engineering teams supporting operational performance, system improvements, and new product introduction activities inside an electronics manufacturing environment.

YOU’LL GAIN EXPERINEC IN:

• Cross-functional engineering collaboration
• Electronics manufacturing systems and workflows
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods
• New Product Implementation (NPI) processes
• Manufacturing cost drivers and cost reduction strategies
• Preventative maintenance planning and equipment reliability concepts
• Engineering documentation and process control standards
• Manufacturing data review and technical problem solving

EXAMPLE PROJECT WORK

• Supporting Lean Manufacturing improvement projects
• Assisting with cost reduction and efficiency initiatives
• Helping support system integration efforts between manufacturing and test processes
• Assisting engineering teams with New Product Implementation (NPI) readiness
• Reviewing machine preventative maintenance processes and documentation
• Supporting day-to-day manufacturing engineering activities
• Reviewing and updating manufacturing and process documentation
