Electronic Systems Inc. adds Fuji AIMEX Surface Mount Equipment

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — Electronic Systems, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has purchased two new Fuji AIMEX surface mount placement machines. The Fuji AIMEX placement machines provide superior quality and flexibility for today’s demanding electronic manufacturing services market. With the addition of these Fuji AIMEX machines, Electronic Systems, Inc. will not only increase their flexibility, but will more than double their surface mount placement capacity. These machines are scalable with up to 4 robot heads per machine. This equipment also provides extremely fast changeovers which accommodate multiple schedule changes per day to meet the customer’s needs.

The FUJI AIMEX series features; interchangeable & reconfigurable placement heads, extremely large feeder capacity, PCB’s size up to 24 x 29.5 inches, auto rail width adjustment, gang feeder replacement and hot swap intelligent feeders with splice detection. In addition, the FujiTrax Verifier System ensures the set-up is always correct for unsurpassed quality control.
